Here I am on day one hundred five! Not much to report today other than my fingers are still torn up from my overzealous ninja warrior inspired climbing antics yesterday. My chest strength has definitely been on the up and up too; was benching 155 lbs. 3x6 much too easily. I would’ve gone up in weight if it weren’t for my hands. I’m sure I could’ve banged out 160-165 lbs. 3x6 otherwise.

Yeah, so it’s been two weeks. Not that I was even playing Diablo that much. For the past week, I’ve just not been feeling as emotionally well and my back’s really been bothering me with all this humidity. The week before that, I had a fever for a couple days. Not exactly the best two weeks I’ve had in my life, but I’m still here now.
Anyways, it’s day one hundred four! Not sure what this all really means, as I don’t feel like I’ve lost enough body fat. I have, for certain, been gaining a lot of strength and power. I’m not sure if it seems as if I’ve gained any muscle density, but at least it’s apparent that I’ve improved.
Went out today with my brother and a friend and we had a little exercise session at the park. Tried to gym it up today, but they were closed for the holiday. Been watching so much ninja warrior; did a lot of pull-ups and hanging off ledges, haha. Tore up the flesh on my fingers, though, and I’ve got three band-aids on right now :D
Anyways, I really feel like I’ve been letting down some of the people who follow me and, for that, I apologize. I’m trying the best that I can, honest. It’s just not going to be as smooth-sailing as I thought.

Some of you are likely aware that Diablo III came out this Tuesday. Some of you are also probably aware that I will seemingly disappear from the face of the earth for a week or two. I guarantee you that I am still alive and kicking. In fact, I would likely be kicking Diablo’s ass. However, I am also kicking my own ass still, so no worries there. I even just got back from the gym. Anyways, I’ll see if I can get that video up soon as my brother’s back from college and he can help me shoot some things.

Woohoo, day ninety! I’ve been getting stronger in the gym and it feels really great. Currently, I can comfortably hang, clean, and press 125 lbs. 6 times. Should be moving up in weight by two weeks. I also ran into people wrestling/rolling in the park when I went out for a run yesterday and, after observing for a while, I decided to join in. Won all my matches, but my knees were absolutely raw from crawling around on astroturf so much. Ah, life is feelin’ great now; can’t wait for the summer.

So it’s day eighty six and I’m feeling pretty introspective and such. To be honest, mentally, I’ve been pretty down because I’ve been feeling like I’ve not been doing enough. I’m just going to say that I’ve issues with overeating and it hasn’t been the easiest thing for me to deal with. Like sometimes I could have the most amazing self control and then sometimes I just can’t stop myself. I suppose I’ve always had an issue with overeating and it’s just one of those things that I’m going to have to work on for the majority of my life. I’m sure me being depressed recently is related to my overeating too, but I’m tired of being depressed. I know that when I’m back in the shape that I’d like to be, my general mood and such will improve.

Dayyyyy eighty fourrrrr! Been watching ninja warrior a bunch recently so I’ve been eager to try some new exercises. Though I already had my back day this Sunday, I wanted to push my lats. Did a bunch of different types of pull-ups (unevens, leaping side to side, L-sits) and had a great workout. Even put in for more deadlifts at the end; I really like doing a set of Romanian, followed by a set of sumos, and then normal barbell.

Hello day eighty three! My workouts at the gym have been feeling really great as of late! Was even joined yesterday by my girlfriend and we had a great time working out our backs too. Man am I really loving deadlifts like crazy now. My abs have been feeling too capable as of late as well, so I decided to punish them extra hard, haha. Gah, I know I’ve said it before, but it really is time for super fat burning mode. I’ve got less than two months left until I go off to Vegas, so I really want to visit them barside pools in prime condition! I think, because of my eating habits and lack of cardio, my body’s just been in muscle building mode. I’m really going to have to push and put it in to fat burning mode, as the body can really only do one or the other efficiently.
Also, I’ve not forgot about that video I’m supposed to put up! It’s just that after having injured my ankle, I’ve lost some steam, but it’s healing nicely.

Day seventy nine is a gloomy, humid day indeed. I’m so ready for the warm weather; all this teasing of sunny days is getting to me. Inspires me to keep up the hard work. So yeah, my abs are actually sore today; seems I had pushed them well enough yesterday then. Worked on my chest for today and snuck in a some deadlifts at the end of my workout too. I think I’m falling in love with deadlifts like I fell in love with hang, clean, and presses<3

It&#8217;s day seventy eight! And I messed up my ankle pretty bad yesterday! I was just walking to the store to pick up some things and then all of a sudden my left ankle does that stupid ankle roll to the side thing, but into a crack in the sidewalk. Left me on the floor for two minutes, sorting through the pain. Hopefully it&#8217;s not too bad and I can recover and do normal workouts involving my legs soon. I went to the gym today to work out my back and it&#8217;s strong enough to keep me stable while doing deadlifts and pendlays so that&#8217;s cool.
